pri spa\u013eovan\u00ed pevnej biomasy je nutn\u00e9 zoh\u013eadni\u0165 jej parametre a&nbsp;\u0161pecifik\u00e1<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"ref-list\"><li><strong>Obsah vody v&nbsp;palive (vlhkos\u0165) uv\u00e1dzan\u00e1 v %<\/strong>. <em>M\u00e1 vplyv kvalitu horenia, produkciu emisi\u00ed, \u017eivotnos\u0165 kotlov\u00e9ho zariadenia.<\/em> V&nbsp;kotloch na biomasu je mo\u017en\u00e9 efekt\u00edvne spa\u013eova\u0165 pevn\u00fa biomasu s&nbsp;obsahom vody pribli\u017ene od 7% do 60% z&nbsp;celkovej hmotnosti.  <strong>Pod\u013ea obsahu vody v&nbsp;palive rozli\u0161ujeme<\/strong><ul><li>Such\u00e9 typy pevnej biomasy (obsahuj\u00fa 5 \u2013  30 % vody z&nbsp;celkovej hmotnosti) <\/li><li>Mokr\u00e9 typy pevnej biomasy (obsahuj\u00fa 31 \u2013 60 % vody z&nbsp;celkovej hmotnosti)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Obsah popola, nesp\u00e1len\u00fdch \u010dast\u00ed<\/strong> (obsah popola v&nbsp;pevnej biomase je v&nbsp;rozsahu 0,5 \u2013 10% z&nbsp;celkovej hmotnosti  v&nbsp;z\u00e1vislosti od p\u00f4vodu pevnej biomasy<\/li><li><strong>V\u00fdhrevnos\u0165 (Hu)<\/strong> je mno\u017estvo tepla, ktor\u00e9 sa uvo\u013en\u00ed pri \u00faplnom sp\u00e1len\u00ed 1 kg tuh\u00e9ho paliva, pri\u010dom sa spa\u013eovan\u00edm uvo\u013enen\u00e1 voda zmenila na paru. <em>M\u00e1 vplyv na mno\u017estvo vyroben\u00e9ho tepla, resp. pary v&nbsp;z\u00e1vislosti od hmotnosti paliva<\/em><ul><li>Pri 7 % obsahu vody u&nbsp;ve\u013emi such\u00fdch foriem biomasy je v\u00fdhrevn\u00e1 hodnota  4,95 kWh\/kg (17,8 MJ\/kg)).<\/li><li>Pri 60 % obsahu vody u&nbsp;\u010derstvej lesnej \u0161tiepky je v\u00fdhrevn\u00e1 hodnota okolo 1,72 kWh\/kg (6,18 MJ\/kg)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Teplota tavite\u013enosti popola<\/strong>. <em>M\u00e1 vplyv na te\u010denie popola a&nbsp;vytv\u00e1ranie spekancov, ktor\u00e9 obmedzuj\u00fa prenos tepla a&nbsp;maj\u00fa vplyv na \u017eivotnos\u0165 technol\u00f3gie.<\/em> Medzn\u00e9 teploty tavite\u013enosti popola s\u00fa v\u00fdrazne ni\u017e\u0161ie u&nbsp;slamy v&nbsp;porovnan\u00ed s&nbsp;drevnou \u0161tiepkou<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide has-2-columns product-columns ref-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align:left\" id=\"justen\" class=\"no-margin-top\"><strong>KOTLY NA BIOMASU, TECHNOL\u00d3GIA JUSTSEN, VODOU CHLADEN\u00dd RO\u0160T<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Kotly na biomasu, Technol\u00f3gia JUSTSEN<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15.5px\" class=\"has-text-color has-light-gray-color\"> Pri n\u00e1vrhu a&nbsp;v\u00fdstavbe nov\u00fdch kotlov na biomasu pon\u00faka <strong>DATATHERM<\/strong> rie\u0161enia \u201e\u0161it\u00e9 na mieru\u201c pre konkr\u00e9tneho z\u00e1kazn\u00edka.
